Following my Own Blog....strange but true!

Ok, before everyone sees that I am now a follower of my own blog and thinks I'm a total idiot, let me explain. Well, actually, I can't explain....I'm not sure how I managed to do it really! Can anyone tell me how to remove myself as a follower?
If not, I guess I'll just continue to follow. At least I'll have one REALLY interested reader:) Help!!

    ok I went into my dashboard. Found "blogs that I follow". Manage "blogs that I follow". Stop following... and the name of my blog. I am no longer my own follower.
